Kerswell Green lies just off the A38 Worcester-Tewkesbury road a couple of miles south of Kempsey.
Approaching from South (Upton, Tewkesbury): drive along A38 through Severn Stoke and after a couple of miles, you see the Edwards car showrooms on your left. Turn right into the lane opposite the garage, signposted to Kerswell Green (there is also a brown heritage sign marked Croome Landscape Park).
Approaching from North (Worcester): drive through Kempsey and about half a mile after the village (after passing the farm shop on your right), you will see the lane on your left (opposite Edwards car showrooms) signposted to Kerswell Green (there is also a brown heritage sign marked Croome Landscape Park).
Village directions: Follow the lane for about 1 mile until you come past the Kerswell Green village sign then immediately opposite the first house on the left there is a narrow lane leading off to the right. Follow that lane for about 300m and Trimpets is signed on the left. Come through the gate and park in the drive, there is ample space.
ABOUT JULIA
Julia spent two years training full-time in a grooming parlour in Berkshire before starting her own business there in 1972. After moving to Worcestershire in 1994 she spent some time working as a mobile technician, before the Trimpets Grooming Parlour was opened in 2002.
In 2007 Trimpets moved to Kerswell Green, a quiet village location in Worcestershire, where plenty of parking is available and access is easy. Julia encourages owners to stay if they wish and chat while their dog is receiving attention. With such long experience in the business Julia makes sure that both owner and dog are satisfied with the result, grooming the dogs to their owners' specification rather than just to a breed standard. She has many happy clients who have been coming to her for many years.
